Paying privately is often the fastest way to get started, since it skips the insurance verification and authorization steps entirely. Here’s what the process looks like.
1. Schedule Your Intake
Intakes take place over the phone and typically last 30–45 minutes.
2. Complete Your Intake
Come prepared to talk about your child’s skills and goals for treatment.
3. Complete Your Consent Forms
You’ll receive Consent forms and a private pay agreement. Please fill these out in their entirety and send them back to us.
4. We Match You with a BCBA
Once we have your forms back, we’ll pair your family with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who’s the best fit for your needs.
5. Schedule Your Initial Assessment
Your BCBA will call to schedule your initial assessment, and your care begins from there.
