Your journey starts here!

At NCBS, we are dedicated to fostering strong connections with families by prioritizing a deep understanding of their specific needs. We believe in the power of individualization, tailoring our services to meet the unique needs of each family we serve and provider we support. Recognizing that families know best about their child, we embrace the individuality of their needs, ensuring a personalized and compassionate approach.

At the heart of our mission is a focus on community, and we actively contribute to the well-being of our communities by giving back in meaningful ways. Our commitment extends beyond individual interactions, as we firmly believe in doing what is right and embracing a humanistic approach in all aspects of our work.

As advocates for our families and providers, we strive to be a trusted partner, providing support and guidance. Our mission is to create a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

We currently have active providers in 7 different states, but are adding services in other areas of the country monthly. We’re happy to help find a provider for you, even if we aren’t able to provide services to you in your area.

 Our Services

In Home

NCBS contracts with private insurance companies to provide professional behavioral consultation to infants, young children, adolescents and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders or other developmental disabilities in home-based programs.
Through evidence-based, pragmatic treatment, consultation and teaching, based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we provide families the opportunity to improve the independence, inclusion and overall quality of life of their special needs children.

In Community

NCBS provides ABA services no matter where the support is needed. Our goal is to help provide support where problem behaviors occur and where skills need to be performed. We work with families to address their needs in a variety of environments. Whether a family wants support with going to stores, going out for dinner, or interacting appropriately socially, we address all these issues at NCBS.

In School

Our skilled team at NCBS provides ABA services in public and private school settings (as permitted by insurance provider) to address generalization of skills learned in the home setting. We work collaboratively with teachers, school staff and families to develop behavior intervention plans and effective systems of reinforcement that help each child achieve meaningful objectives in the classroom.

Case Management

Many of the families we serve work with a dynamic team of supports and specialists, so we place a strong emphasis on coordination of care, which we achieve through our professional case management services.

Our team of dedicated case managers specialize in assisting families to navigate the complicated web of healthcare, school and social systems to obtain the greatest opportunities for the unique needs of their children. If paperwork is missing, we track it down. If authorizations are required, we complete them. We communicate with all members of the team and specialize in follow through.

Our Case Managers are dedicated to staying with families through the course of their treatment. In addition, we facilitate the continuation of services for families who relocate, wherever they go so they never have to “start all over again” explaining their case to someone new.

Case Management services are provided to every family we serve in an effort to engage, support and integrate families into treatment in addition to facilitating communication among the child’s support team.

Fees

Case Management is a complementary component of all ABA therapy services provided by NoCal Behavioral Services.
