Registered Behavior Technicians Positions
Company Description:

NoCal Behavioral Services, LLC (NCBS) is now hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). NCBS is a nationwide company providing in home, school or community based ABA services to military families all over the United States, and we are continuing to grow. We currently have an immediate need for additional RBT’s in all locations.

Job Description:
  • Implementing individualized treatment plans designed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Teaching and promoting language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play setting that will increase motivation and positive performance for each individual
  • Collecting and recording data on client progress
  • Utilizing online database to enter, track and view progress and submit case notes after each session
  • Providing support to parents, caregivers and teachers to make the most of their efforts in making our treatment plan universal across all areas of the client’s environment
  • Maintaining timely communication with clients, NCBS Staff and supervising BCBA.
Qualifications:
  • Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred; or willing to go through training to become one before taking on cases (visit com for more information on RBT process)
  • Must have a minimum of 48 college credit hours
  • Experience working with children; experience with children on the Autism Spectrum or developmental disabilities strongly preferred
  • Reliable transportation and driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass 10 year background check
  • Must be willing to complete BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
  • Comfortable working with children who display behavior problems
  • Able to ask for help from supervisors/support team when needed
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team collaboration
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be self motivated, creative, organized and reliable

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Positions

Company Description:

NoCal Behavioral Service, LLC (NCBS) is a nationwide company providing in home, school or community based ABA services to military families all over the United States, and we are continuing to grow. We currently have an immediate need for additional BCBAs in all locations.

Specific Duties:
  • Our outstanding team of committed BCBA’s designs and supervises ABA-based programs for children and adolescents with autism. Primary duties include:
  • Conducting FBA
  • Generating behavioral treatment plans
  • Providing direct instruction, training, and support to client and family members during regularly scheduled home and community based visits
  • Demonstrating the ability to work effectively as part of a clinical team
  • Effectively managing caseloads, preparing and submitting all required documentation in a timely manner
  • Reviewing and evaluating the performance of the direct care staff member to ensure the proper implementation of treatment plans
  • Ensuring that all treatment methodologies are evidence based and reflects the most recent research findings
  • Collaborating with families in the development of behavior support strategies.
  • Working closely with the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT’s) in their provision of direct services, and providing the needed resources and guidance to assist clients, parents, and RBT’s in the development and implementation of behavior protocols.
Qualifications:
  • Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required.
  • Experience conducting skills assessments and functional behavior assessments.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
