CEU Trainings for BCBAs & BCaBAs
Matthew Meunier, BCBA, is an approved Individual ACE Provider through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). As an ACE Provider, Matthew is authorized to offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) working to meet their certification renewal requirements.
CEU trainings are developed and delivered by Matthew and the NCBS team, covering practical, evidence-based topics that support both clinical growth and compliance with BACB standards. Topics typically include ethics and professional conduct, supervision practices, functional behavior assessment, treatment plan development, and evidence-based intervention strategies, alongside the specialty areas our team already trains on.
CEU trainings are offered free of charge to the BCBAs and BCaBAs on our team, we call them partners rather than employees, because the relationship we build together goes beyond a typical employer-employee one. We also design trainings around the specific topics our partners want to learn, so the content stays relevant and useful to their practice.
PDU Trainings for RBTs
NCBS also offers PDU trainings designed specifically for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), supporting their ongoing professional development and BACB certification renewal. These trainings build on the skills RBTs use every day, covering topics such as best practices for interacting with caregivers and clients, implementing assent-based treatment, running effective discrete trial teaching sessions, and applying evidence-based strategies to manage work-related stress, alongside the ethical practices RBTs are expected to follow. PDU trainings are offered free of charge to the RBTs on our team, our partners, just like our CEU trainings for BCBAs and BCaBAs.
School-Based Trainings, In-Services & Workshops
In addition to our CEU and PDU trainings, NCBS also offers workshops as well as school in-service trainings for school staff and other professionals who support individuals with developmental disabilities. All of our school trainings and workshops are individualized to your school’s specific needs, so the content is built around the real challenges and goals your staff are facing, rather than a one-size-fits-all curriculum.
