We want to work with you!<\/span><\/p>\nCompany Description:<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\nNoCal Behavioral Service, LLC (NCBS) is a nationwide company providing in home, school or community based ABA services to military families all over the United States, and we are continuing to grow. We currently have an immediate need for additional BCBAs in all locations.<\/span><\/p>\nSpecific Duties:<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n\n- Our outstanding team of committed BCBA\u2019s designs and supervises ABA-based programs for children and adolescents with autism. Primary duties include:<\/span><\/li>\n
- Conducting FBA<\/span><\/li>\n
- Generating behavioral treatment plans<\/span><\/li>\n
- Providing direct instruction, training, and support to client and family members during regularly scheduled home and community based visits<\/span><\/li>\n
- Demonstrating the ability to work effectively as part of a clinical team<\/span><\/li>\n
- Effectively managing caseloads, preparing and submitting all required documentation in a timely manner<\/span><\/li>\n
- Reviewing and evaluating the performance of the direct care staff member to ensure the proper implementation of treatment plans<\/span><\/li>\n
- Ensuring that all treatment methodologies are evidence based and reflects the most recent research findings<\/span><\/li>\n
- Collaborating with families in the development of behavior support strategies.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Working closely with the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT\u2019s) in their provision of direct services, and providing the needed resources and guidance to assist clients, parents, and RBT\u2019s in the development and implementation of behavior protocols.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
