\nWhat to Expect During Services<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

\u2295 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will meet with your family to create a Treatment Plan that reflects your family goals for your child.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2295 It typically takes 2-3 weeks to write a Treatment Plan after meeting with your family<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2295 This plan is submitted to Tri-Care for approval, it takes 7-10 business days to receive approval for the plan<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2295 Once the approval has come in, we will have a team built for you consisting of your BCBA and 1 or 2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) depending on the recommendations by the BCBA<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2295 RBTs will be implementing the Treatment Plan under the supervision of the BCBA.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2295 BCBA will visit your home regularly to provide either supervision for the RBTs or to have meetings with your family on your child\u2019s progress and address any questions or concerns you may have about their progress or the techniques being used.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2295 Typical sessions occur several times a week and last around 3 hours each.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2295 Every 6 months the BCBA will update the Treatment Plan with progress and evaluate the efficacy of the treatment based on the data collected by the RBTs<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2295 This updated progress report is submitted to Tri-Care for approval<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2295 We also provide a copy to your PCP for coordination of care.
\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2295 Every 2 years Tri-Care requires that your child go through a review process. This process will determine if the child is eligible to continue ABA Therapy. The review process consists of the following parts:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2192\u00a0<\/span>A new diagnostic evaluation performed by an approved diagnosing provider the confirms their ASD Diagnosis and severity level<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2192 A new referral from your PCM must be submitted to Tri-Care<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
